A dashboard reads as settled fact whether or not it is one. This one depends on cycle anchor inputs that have not been verified, and publishing it in that state would present unverified anchors as though they were established.

It is specced, not built. It is gated on verified cycle anchor inputs, and it will not appear here until those exist. That condition is stated rather than implied by an empty page, and the dashboard will appear when it is met, without announcement.

Until then, the status board is the current record of what runs.
